I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The entire bathroom renovation was completed while I was away on holiday, which gave me complete peace of mind. They were trustworthy, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Nothing was too much trouble – they even completed additional work I requested, including replacing damaged chipboard, and worked long hours to ensure everything was finished before I returned home. The communication was excellent from the initial quote right through to completion.
After the work was finished, I had one small issue with my toilet seat. I messaged them in the evening, and they were at my house first thing the following morning to replace it. The aftercare and customer service were outstanding.
The finished bathroom looks amazing, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable company that genuinely cares about its customers.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. From the enquiry stage, the process was incredibly easy. Jamal came out to measure and provide a quote, taking his time to explain everything and go through various unit choices. He gave a quote on the spot and then provided a formal quote later that day.
We waited just over two weeks for fitting. The week before, Sam from operations reached out to reconfirm all unit choices and helped source other unit types (I’m quite fussy!).
Then, on to delivery and fitting. Gintaras arrived on Monday, super punctual, professional, and polite. Since we work from home, we barely noticed any disruption. All the work was carried out exceptionally clean, and the carpets were protected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were involved in decision-making, even for small things. The full job, including removal and fitting, took four days, and not a single piece of rubbish was left before it was finished.
The end result is stunning. The photos speak for themselves. Please don’t miss out on this company. They are honest, reasonable, and trustworthy.

We were then contacted by Sam who assisted us with questions related to the installation.
Agris, the fitter, was friendly and polite. He was really hard-working and did a fantastic job for us.
The delivery and then removal of materials was so efficient.

Leons ace team of three are absolutely great friendly guys who are both very professional, plus take considerable pride in everything they do. Everything had to be 100% perfect. Their combined skill & knowledge is nothing short of amazing. They even fitted me extra things too in this time strict frame (a shower wall seat, handrail plus floor to ceiling pole), nothing was too much trouble, plus they left the house really spotless.
They asked me at various stages if I was happy and gave me choices too making sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Leaving me so happy and overjoyed with every aspect of my new bathroom.
A massive thank you to all of you, I really appreciate the massive difference you have made to my home.

Then Sam who was friendly and professional and answered any questions and reassured any concerns I had during the whole process, I honestly can't fault the quick and knowledgeable communication. The fitters themselves who were lovely and punctual, they finished the job in less than 2 days, and made sure everything was tidy and I was happy with everything when done.

Amazing service from beginning to end, very patient and kind staff and the end result is stunning, from start to finish it took 3 days to complete the bathroom and I was kept up to date throughout from the initial booking for measurements and quotes right through to the rubbish collection after the refurbishment! Excellent company !! The two lads were lovely and polite and had my whole bathroom done in a day and half! It’s absolutely perfect,. All rubbish was removed promptly. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

What can I say about this company. Simply amazing. From the initial quote to it being fitted everyone has been fabulous. The guys quoting gave great advice on picking what we wanted, turned up when they said they would and have been in constant contact since to answer any questions. The fitter was fabulous, he was on time everyday, kept me with a working toilet, neat tidy and very respectful of my home. He did an excellent job of fitting and workmanship is excellent. Super happy with the service and if your looking for a new bathroom would 100% recommend these guys as very reasonably priced too. Thank you so much.

Bathroom looks great, fitted in less than 5 days, wiring and pipework needed clips but other than that, a tidy and neat job, they do a fantastic job and David worked non stop. We were however a little disappointed in the communication. Atilla was quick to send invoices and we were quick to pay, but didn't have the courtesy to thank you for your custom and payment, especially when mentioning we recommend them to someone, received no response, gratitude or curtesy. Other minor gripe was told the trims are metal, they are plastic and changes are a little sticking point with Liam in sales, contract states no changes in 7 days until fitting but it was within or very near to this if not, not that fussed but don't say it's something it ain't. Overall though, price and turn around was really good, not sure what happened here, not expecting any form of after sales support or warranty when they can't even thank someone for payment and acknowledge you recommended them, not sure we are now though.

I had the sales rep Liam come to my house I had to chase up a quote to which I got sent a 123 page brochure to pick what I liked and when again chased for quote 3weeks gone and nothing. That a waste of time

They were quick to come out and take measurements. They gave date of of 19th August to start work. They gave quote in few days. Said they will send out plans in 2 weeks and it's now been over 2 months no sign of them and they are not responding to any messages…

If they can't do It just let me know instead of ignoring. I managed to get my bathroom from another place that was so quick from measuring to doing 3d designs and installing. But refine bathroom wasted 3 months of my life. I only choose refine bathroom because they were cheap. But if this how they treat customer I wounder how they will treat if some thing goes wrong and I don't think they professional enough to deal with customer service

Less than a year in and with a supposed warranty in place. We have a leak that Refine Bathrooms won’t repair as it wasn’t a pipe they replaced. They connected every other pipe to this leaking pipe but as the fitter never checked the status of the pipe at the time, they won’t cover in their warranty.
They had told us we would get everything done, new for the bathroom but this issue shows it’s not brand new. It’s essentially an installation of a new bathroom on existing pipes (without them being checked). Decent experience until this leak and wouldn’t get anything done from Refine Bathrooms again as a result.
No response from them after the last message and contact. Always a bad sign for someone not wanting to take ownership. Problems don’t go away by ignoring

Amazing service from beginning to end, very patient and kind staff and the end result is stunning, from start to finish it took 3 days to complete the bathroom and I was kept up to date throughout from the initial booking for measurements and quotes right through to the rubbish collection after the refurbishment! Highly recommend and would use again without hesitation in the future!

They connected every other pipe to this leaking pipe but as the fitter never checked the status of the pipe at the time, they won’t cover in their warranty.
They had told us we would get everything done, new for the bathroom but this issue shows it’s not brand new.
